Graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and then earned a Master’s Degree from Cleveland State University in Public Administration. Worked in home and community based services before moving to long term care. Has 20 years of experience in non profit and for profit skilled nursing facilities with 14 years being the Administrator of a 5 star building which was named US News and World Reports Best Nursing Facility for 3 consecutive years. Currently working for Creative Health Care Consulting in Cleveland Ohio overseeing an assisted living and skilled nursing facility.
