Anthony Coury is a 1985 graduate of Bowling Green State University, earning a degree in Gerontology with a specialization in Nursing Home Administration. His experience includes work in philanthropic, for-profit and government-owned nursing facilities.
In 1994, he started JEC Management and began consulting in Northeast Ohio. This experience included the position of Chief Administrator for the Metro Health System’s 497 bed post-acute facilities. These responsibilities required oversight of approximately $30 million annual budgets and directing more than 550 employees. He started Creative HealthCare Consulting, Inc. in December 2000 which provides consulting and management services in area hospital-based skilled nursing facilities, as well as freestanding nursing facilities and assisted living facilities.
In 2002, Anthony and his partners opened InfinityNP (INP). INP was a value-driven company which utilized Nurse Practitioners to provide proactive, cost-effective care to the adult and senior populations. In addition, INP has provided employer-sponsored work-site health and wellness programs. INP grew to 30 Nurse Practitioners and was sold in December 2016 to TridentUSA.
Prior to starting InfinityNP, Anthony helped lead the successful launch and subsequent sale of the long-term care pharmacy company, Pharmacy Management Group (PMG), which transferred as a multistate, multimillion dollar per year operation under PharMerica. Other responsibilities Anthony has been involved in are key strategic long-term planning including the design and construction management of two nursing facilities, as well as field consulting in several operations requiring survey compliance and financial enhancement services.
In 2012, Anthony helped start up Pharmacy Specialty Group, LLC (PSG). PSG grew to become a viable specialty pharmacy providing services in the Hepatitis, Arthitis, HIV, Oncology, Infectious Disease and other disease states. PSG has experienced tremendous growth since its inception.
