A Graduate of Kent State University , holding certifications as an Ohio licensed Nursing Home administrator since 2005, Certified Executive of Assisted Living since 2016, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Certified Recreational Specialist. Seventeen years’ experience working in long term care and assisted living setting in both the for-profit and not for-profit sectors. Currently working for Creative Healthcare Consulting in Cleveland Ohio, and overseeing operations of two assisted living communities and a 130 bed skilled nursing facility located on the campus of a Cleveland Clinic Hospital. The facilities combing to serve over twelve hundred patients per year. Accomplishments including American healthcare association Bronze and Silver winner, North Coast 99 facility winner for top workplaces in northeast Ohio 3 years running, Facility was named US NEWS and world reports best nursing facility 2016-17, and in 2014 Named the Crain’s Cleveland Business Healthcare Hero Administrator of the Year Award 2013.
