A graduate with a bachelor’s in nursing from The Ohio State University and also a MBA in Healthcare Administration with a focus in Long-Term Care from Cleveland State University, holding licenses in Ohio as a RN and a LNHA. With over 20 years of experience working in long term care and assisted living settings and in both the for-profit and not for-profit sectors. She has worked for Creative Healthcare Consulting in Cleveland Ohio since 2000 and is currently the Vice President of Consulting Services and also functions as the Executive Director for The Village at Marymount located on the campus of a Cleveland Clinic Hospital. She has consulted on operational turn arounds, survey plan of correction facilitation, new program development, education, QAPI initiatives in a variety of post acute settings. Has also led multiple clinical and operational pilots with new technologies and products to improvement quality and promote cost savings in past-acute care. Accomplishments include working with facility teams to achieve the AHCA Bronze and Silver awards, North Coast 99 and US NEWS and World Reports Best Nursing Facility 2016-17.
